To make the payment at Wakusell using the M-Pesa payment method from Mozambique is very simple, below we will explain step by step how to make the payment using M-Pesa
1- Access the Client Area and go to the Invoicing menu --> My Invoices
2- Click on the Invoice on which you want to make the payment to open it
3- On the right side will appear the total amount to be deleted and the payment methods, choose the method M-Pesa and click on the button Make Payment
4- After clicking on the button, a Popup will open, in this Popup type your M-Pesa telephone number and click on the PAY WITH M-PESA button
5- You will receive a Popup on your phone and enter your M-Pesa PIN and wait for the payment confirmation on our website
6. Done, payment completed.
If you receive a message from M-Pesa confirming that the amount has been debited from your account and the invoice does not change from Unpaid to Paid, we ask that you open a ticket to the Payment department and attach the message received from M-Pesa
